Progress photos, eh? I have had the privilege to have cooked with an Ooni well before anyone had heard of it. I think this one is the very very first pizza I cooked with a prototype Ooni in April 2012 (Ooni would only be launched on Kickstarter in November that year). Not a looker by today’s standards but revolutionary in many ways!
This one is the last pizza I made this weekend. A classic margherita. Can’t go wrong with that

Oh wow! Is that parchment/baking paper it was cooked on? Good example of the learning curve!

But the oven, inc cooking surface, was made of aerated concrete blocks so a bit of baking paper was good call!
My first pizza made on my first day working at Ooni HQ! I have been working tirelessly on my dough stretching skills since then, so hopefully now I can produce a pizza big enough to share...

@Kristian Tapaninaho - any photos you could share of the early development? I'd love to see how the product evolved (pretty sure I wouldn't be alone in that)
@Kristian what's the recipe of the dough used on Classic Margherita? Is it the Uuni signature dough?

Here was my most recent
I now use Blackwood charcoal. It's a pain to light, but it burns hot and long. I can usually get at least 4 pizza's done before I have to throw another log on because the charcoal base stays hot!
